Welcome to the California State University San Marcos Off-Campus Housing (OCH101) website. The Off-Campus Housing Service is provided to our students, staff, faculty and community as a resource. 

Off-Campus Housing 101 (OCH101) and 大发 have partnered to provide students a free resource to find suitable property listings to 大发 students, faculty and staff.

Using the Off Campus Directory

1. Please call OCH101 at (844) 853-5980 or .
2. Then go to the 'create account' to setup your account and place your ad for free for your first month. If you are already a member and wish to re-list your ad, please click on 'member login' to access your account.

Please Note: In August 2008, a new rooming house ordinance went into effect in the City of San Marcos. This may affect you if you are renting a home in San Marcos. Please be aware that the City of San Marcos limits the number of leases that can be held on a single family home property. Homes can only have fewer than five leases or rental agreements. Otherwise, the home is considered a commercial endeavor, which is prohibited. The City has a section on its Website about the new ordinance. Please take a moment and visit  to familiarize yourself with the information. Also please visit the for valuable information.
